How to protect yourself from the sun?

  3. If you don’t have to, don’t stay out in the sun between 12 and 3 pm.
  4. Don’t forget your sunglasses.
  5. Remember about your hair. The sun can cause the cuticles on your hair to split open and allow harmful UV rays to enter your hair. This damages the inside of the hair and oxidizes the melanin that gives your hair color.
