In summer we can enjoy delicious fruits ripening in the sun in orchards and gardens. From many of them it is worth to make healthy juices. We suggest how to make cherry juice.
Cherry juice is trivially easy to make and delicious in taste. To make it you will need:
First, you need to wash and cork the fruit. Then cherries should be put into a large container and sprinkled with sugar. So prepared fruits with sugar should be left covered with a cloth for several hours. After that time cherries should release juice, which in the next step should be poured off and boiled until the sugar is completely dissolved. If you like, you can sweeten it or add lemon juice to it to make it slightly sour in taste. Ready juice may be poured into jars or glass bottles. You can drink it diluting with water or in a more intensive version, without additives
Cherry juice is easy to make and you can freely modify it by adding your favourite ingredients!
